• All deliveries are  to the kerb-side (the street outside your home)
• Hauliers are not able to unpack your order – please ensure that you have someone available to receive your delivery and bring it inside
• Orders containing different types of product will be combined onto the same pallet (if using) wherever possible in order to minimise the delivery cost
• Due to the size of our decking boards we can only provide delivery prices at checkout for local deliveries within 100 miles. However, if you contact us we can obtain a delivery quote to anywhere in the UK
• Deliveries within 100 miles of B26 and over £2000 will be delivered free of charge
